Sync Parties

Batch sync endpoint to create, update, and delete parties. Idempotence and deduplication is handled via the external_id field on each party.

Parties is a batch of parties to sync into the ledger. Parties are stored for this particular source and can be associated with Transactions via their external IDs using PartyRefs. Within the Ledger, parties may be merged across sources when Digits identifies that they match.
