Remove employee access across multiple client organizations by Digits-assigned
user ID or caller-assigned user ID. Maximum 100 per request. Removes matching
client employee bindings and entity-role bindings for those clients'
entities. Underlying users and affiliation/client roles are not deleted.
Requires scope: organization:sync.
